Terms and Conditions for Image Sales

1. Copyright and Ownership
All images are subject to copyright, and the seller retains full ownership and copyright of each image. Purchase of an image does not grant any rights to reproduce, distribute, or modify the image beyond the permitted usage outlined here.

2. Usage Rights
The purchase grants the buyer a personal, non-commercial license to use the image. The image may be used for personal enjoyment or private display but cannot be used for commercial purposes (e.g., advertising, resale, or any revenue-generating activities) without explicit written consent from the seller.

3. Prohibition on Unauthorized Use
Use of any image without prior purchase is strictly prohibited. Images must not be copied, reproduced, or used in any form before the purchase is completed.

4. Social Media Usage
Images are not permitted to be shared or published on social media or any online platforms without the seller's written consent. Any public or online usage must be pre-approved by the seller.

5. Non-Refundable Purchase
All sales are final. Once an image has been purchased, no refunds will be issued, regardless of usage or satisfaction.

6. Modification and Alterations
The buyer may not alter, edit, or modify the images without written permission from the seller.

7. Non-Transferable License
The usage rights are non-transferable. The buyer cannot transfer or sublicense the image to any third party.

8. Acknowledgment
By purchasing an image, the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions and acknowledges the seller's copyright.
